Nomenca Limited commenced trading in 1998 as the Mechanical and Electrical arm of North Midland Construction. Nomenca has grown significantly, from a staff of just 6 when trading commenced to where we are today with a workforce of over 350 employees and a turnover of in excess of £50m.

History of Nomenca Limited
The initial board of directors consisted of Doug Bleakley, Andy Langman, Andy Culshaw and Mark Hanrahan. In recent years the board of directors have grown in number along with the workforce, full details can be found on the 'Key Personel' page of this site.

Nomenca initially began trading from portacabins on the site of North Midland Construction's head office at Huthwaite, Nottingham. Following expansion of the site Nomenca were able to move into a purpose built office building. Around the same time a North West regional office was also opened in Warrington, Cheshire. Nomenca occupied the North West office for 8 years before purchasing larger premises which are made up of office, workshop and yard space.

Next followed the opening of regional offices in Bristol, Plymouth, Bury St Edmunds, Sherburn (Yorkshire) and more recently Alness (Scotland) and St Austell (Cornwall). We feel that by having a presence around the UK we are able to offer our clients an unmatchable level of service and support.
