As an NICEIC Atex and FIA registered organisation, our Building Services cover a range of client needs.

Commercial / Public / Leisure
Our recent experience covers plumbing, kitchen and bathroom replacements and general building electrical rewiring of LV and alarm systems. We are able to provide building fit outs at various levels, which include full M&E packages, standalone electrical works, PAT testing and pipework / valve installations. We are also experienced in providing M&E services to commercial and public sector buildings including new build, planned / preventative maintenance programmes, refurbishment and car park lighting design, procurement and installation.

Recent works also include emergency lighting systems along with fire detection and alarms.

Residential Care Homes
Nomenca have undertaken various schemes within the residential care sector, most notably for Anchor Trust. This work includes the installation of fire alarm systems, kitchen replacement, bathroom fitting, lighting works, decoration and block paving for many homes. In addition to this we have also completed a number of electrical refurbishment, PAT testing and re-wiring projects.

Our mobile teams are CRB cleared, which along with regular liaision with clients enables us to minimise the disruption to residents while work is carried out.
