    of 2011, from our associated universities.

    Education and development of employees from apprentice to graduate level.
    Nomenca operate a national apprenticeship and graduate training scheme.  This provides opportunities for development and training and ultimately provides our client base with a knowledgeable and competent workplace. 

    Nomenca are partnered with a number of universities and work together to provide summer and year out placements, award sponsorships, bursary agreements, undergraduate sponsorship and attendance at careers events.  The company is promoted through presentations at University and college open days providing opportunities to students with structured career paths at the earliest stage. 

    Additionally we operate a national apprenticeship scheme which is both CITB and City and Guilds approved with 11 new recruits entering the programme last year.  We have a range of trades currently going through the scheme providing on the job training and day release for attendance to college.  There are 18 apprentices working on a variety of schemes throughout the company.  The scheme is aimed to provide quality craftsman for the company but also to address the skills gap within the industry.
